Email Support
Email support is available 24 hours / 7 days a week for Marsello Pro Plan users and Marsello Free users (for the first 30 days of having an account). Email support can be accessed from any page directly in-app by clicking on the Support icon located at the bottom left of your Marsello account.
From here the Marsello widget will open, click on contact as well as gain access to important help center guides which can help guide you through any questions you may have.
Live Chat
Live chat support is available 24 hours / 7 days a week for Marsello Pro Plan users and Marsello Free users (for the first 30 days of having an account). This can be accessed the same way through in-app support and will update automatically when an agent is available.
With support members based globally, we are able to assist to answer any questions you may have.
