Onboarding
With our dedicated one-to-one onboarding program, we work with you to understand what your business goals are. We ensure you have the right training to be able to see a return on your investment as soon as possible to make sure you are set up for success.
We also provide premium onboarding for any retailers who want us to do the heavy lifting. On average, retailers who go through the premium onboarding see on average 50X ROI.
Email Support
We have email support between 5 am -1 am ET on weekdays and 10 am - 4 pm ET on weekends. You can access email support from any page directly in-app by clicking on the help icon located at the bottom right of your Marsello account. You also have access to support articles to help guide you through any questions you may have.
Live Chat
During email support hours you can also access live chat. This can be accessed the same way through in-app support and will update automatically when an agent is available.
With support members based in the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, we are able to assist to answer any questions you may have.
