To understand how a customer is part of your Marsello program, you can look at their customer status under their profile. A customer can be part of your loyalty program and/or your email marketing, depending on their preferences.
Where can I see if a customer has joined my loyalty program?
1. In your Marsello Admin, navigate to Customers > All Customers and search for the customer by their name or email address
2. Click on the customer's Name to open their customer profile.
3. While in the customer's profile, scroll down to the Loyalty section, where you will find the customer's Loyalty member status
📝Note: There are a couple of different loyalty status types:
Yes: The customer is a member and can receive loyalty email notifications
Yes (unsubscribed): The customer is a member but has unsubscribed from your loyalty email notifications
Blacklisted: The customer has been removed from your loyalty program
No: The customer has been removed from your loyalty program
Where can I see if a customer is subscribed to email marketing?
1. In your Marsello Admin, navigate to Customers > All Customers and search for the customer by their name or email address
2. In the search results, you will see a gray check mark next to the customer's email address if they accept email marketing. If the customer does not, there will not be a check mark as in the examples below.
3. To take a deeper look into the customer's marketing preferences, select the customer by clicking on their Name
4. While in the customer’s profile, scroll down to the Marketing section, where you will find Email subscriber status and SMS subscriber status.

Accepts marketing: Customer has opted-in and can receive your email/SMS marketing
Doesn't accept marketing: Customer doesn't want to receive your email/SMS marketing
