Removing the "Powered by Marsello" line from your email campaigns
Marsello's support team will be able to remove the "Powered by Marsello" line from your email campaigns. When reaching out to support, please confirm your store domain and the customized text you would like to use in place of "Powered by Marsello", if any.
⚠️ Important: After the team has updated the "Powered by" line, be sure to remove the "Powered by" text in the footer of your campaign as well as the mailing address merge tag. This step must be completed for each newly created email campaign.
To remove the "Powered by" text from your campaign:
1. Double-click on the "Powered by" text in your email campaign. This will bring an additional email editor. Click on the trash icon.
2. Double-click on the mailing address merge tag. This will bring up an additional email editor. Click on the trash icon.
3. Save your edits. Your customized "Power by" line will now appear in the sent email campaign.
💡 Pro tip: Remove the "Powered by" text and the "mailing address" merge tag from a blank email campaign and save as an email template for future mailings.
