A. Yes, customers can add a Wrapped gift card to Apple Wallet. The email with their gift card includes an option to add it for in-store or online use.

A. Yes, you can view a customer's gift card balance on the Wrapped Check Balance page. Customers can check their balance anytime online, and you can link this page on your website or display it on a screen in-store.


Q. Where can I find the liability report for gift cards purchased for my store?


A. You can find liability reports for your gift cards in your Wrapped dashboard under Reports.


Q. Can gift cards be used across both my in-store and eCommerce store, and does the balance update in both systems?


A. Yes, gift cards work across both your physical store and your eCommerce store. The balance updates in both systems every time the card is used.
