Marsello's pricing is based on the number of connected sites and add-ons enabled, offering transparency and scalability. A detailed breakdown makes sure it's clear.​

Sites: A site is defined as any location where you conduct sales, encompassing both physical stores and your online store. For example, if you sell products at one physical location and online, you would be counted as having two sites.

Add-on: An Add-on is defined as an additional tool that complements Marsello’s core platform. These services are optional, designed to enhance customer value, improve results, and cater to businesses with specific needs beyond the standard subscription. Add-ons currently available for Marsello pricing plans are Marketing and SMS.

Billing cycle

Marsello operates on a monthly billing cycle.

• For merchants billed through Shopify, your Marsello subscription is seamlessly integrated with your Shopify subscription, and your billing date aligns with your Shopify account.

• For merchants billed directly through Marsello, your billing date can be found on your billing page in the Marsello admin.
