Identify the customer's unique reward discount code
1. In your Marsello Admin, go to Customers > All Customers and search for the customer by name or email address in the search box.
2. Select the customer by clicking on their Name.
3. Under the customer's profile, click Customer Actions > Spend Points.
4. The customer's claimed discount codes appear at the top of their rewards page. Click View next to the discount that you want to delete
5. Copy the customer's unique discount code

Delete the customer's unique discount code in Marsello
There are two ways to delete the unique discount code:
Delete the customer's unique discount code through the customer's profile
Delete the customer's via the code deletion link
Delete the customer's unique discount code through the customer's profile
1. In your Marsello Admin, go to Customers > All customers and search for the customer by name or email address
2. Select the customer by clicking on their Name
3. Once you're in the customer's profile, go to the Discount tab
4. Click the View more details button at the bottom of the screen
5. You will be routed to the Rewards and Discount codes. Look for the discount code you would like to delete and click the Actions button.
6. This will give you two options to delete the discount code: Delete discount and Delete & refund points.
7. Select your preferred option. A window will pop up to confirm your action. Hit the Yes, delete discount.
8. You will see that the coupon has been deleted (and refunded) in the Rewards and Discount codes page.
Delete the customer's via the code deletion link
1. In your Marsello Admin, navigate to https://dashboard.marsello.com/Manage/Rewards/DeleteDiscountCode
2. Paste the unique discount code in the text box and click search
3. Double-check the discount code details to make sure that you are deleting the correct discount code.
⚠️ Important: Make sure that all the details are correct. Deleting a discount code is permanent, and cannot be undone. This will also delete the discount code from your POS and/or eCommerce platform.
4. Click Delete discount code
5. Once the discount code has been deleted, a green box will prompt in the upper-right corner indicating that the code has already been deleted. The unique discount code will then be deleted from the customer's account and from your POS and/or eCommerce platform.
