Customize you in-store customer portal
The in-store customer portal is a place for your customers to interact with your loyalty program and also access any discount codes sent via marketing emails. Here they can sign-up, check their points balance, earn more points and claim rewards.
Update your loyalty notifications to lead to their in-store customer portal
Update the link to the show rewards button in your loyalty email notifications so that it sends customers to your in-store customer portal.
💡Quick Tip: if you also host an eCommerce site (Bopple or Shopify) update links to the loyalty widget in your campaign/automation email templates to direct customers to the in-store customer portal.
Enable SMS complete account automation
Automatically send new customers an SMS to prompt them to complete their customer profile when signing up at Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series) POS.
Create a QR Code to encourage customer sign up (optional)
QR Codes provide an easy, contactless way for visitors to sign-up to your loyalty & marketing program at your venue or one-off event. When they scan the QR Code, they simply sign-up using one of the single sign-up methods. All sign-ups are recorded under the QR Code form’s reporting and you can export if needed.

Update Sign-up URL to your Bopple sign-up/log in form
To create a seamless in-store and online ordering experience you can direct the customers to sign-up via your Lightspeed Ordering (Bopple) sign-up page instead.
1. In your Marsello admin, go to Loyalty > In-Store Portal
2. Click on the Branding & Settings tab
3. Click Customize domain
4. Under Advanced: Override signup url (Optional), enter your Bopple sign-up page URL
💡 Quick tip: If you are unsure on what your Bopple sign-up link is, simply go to your Bopple store front copy your URL, and then add /signup to the end of the URL.
e.g. https://YOURBUSINESSNAME.bopple.app/signup
5. Click Save & Publish
