This integration helps you better understand your customers, strengthen relationships, and uncover valuable opportunities for personalized marketing that drive repeat sales.
How can I set up the connection between Lightspeed eCom E-Series and Marsello?
You can connect Lightspeed eCom E-Series to Marsello during the sign-up process or from the POS & eCommerce page within the Marsello admin.
During Signup process
1. Click on ECWID and click Connect
3. After clicking connect, you will asked to authorize the connection between Marsello and Lightspeed eCom E-Series. Click Authorize Application
📝 Note: You will be prompted to log in to your ECWID by Lightspeed account if you are not already logged in.
4. This will form the connection between Lightspeed eCom E-Series and Marsello. Your orders and customers will now begin to sync through to your Marsello account 🎉
Lightspeed eCom E-Series will now display in your Marsello app admin under the Integrations page.
From the POS & integrations page
⚠️ Important: You will need to ensure that your Lightspeed Retail POS account is connected and enabled in Marsello before you can connect your Lightspeed eCom E-Series account.
In your Marsello dashboard
2. Next to ECWID by Lightspeed, click Connect
3. After clicking connect, you will asked to authorize the connection between Marsello and Lightspeed eCom E-Series. Click Authorize Application

4. This will form the connection between Lightspeed eCom E-Series and Marsello. Your orders and customers will now begin to sync through to your Marsello account 🎉
