By integrating your loyalty program with your Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) point-of-sale platform(s) and eCommerce platform, you can capture data on customer purchases, preferences, and behavior. This enables you to foster customer relationships and pinpoint valuable opportunities for targeted marketing to grow sales.

How to Connect Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS

You can connect K-Series to Marsello during the sign-up process or from the POS & eCommerce page within the Marsello admin

1. Next to Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series, click Connect

During Signup process

A) On the Connect your sales platforms step, click on Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series


OR From the POS & integrations page

  • Click Connect sales channel

  • Next to Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series click Connect


You will then be directed to your Lightspeed K-Series admin and a pop-up will open asking you to authorize the connection

๐Ÿ“ Note: You will be prompted to log in to your K-Series account if you are not already logged in.

2. Ensure all toggles are ON, and then click Authorize
This will form a connection between Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series and Marsello.


Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series will now display in your Marsello app admin under the Integrations page.


Request access to order notifications

After connection, you will see instructions on how to complete your Marsello connection.

Step 1: Contact K-Series support team to enable real-time order notifications for Marsello.

โš ๏ธ Important: This step is crucial, without real-time order notifications, Marsello will be unable to sync orders or customers from your K-Series account.

3. Copy your unique real-time order notification URL

4. Contact the K-Series Support team via their support email, or in-app chat.

  • In-app chat: Click on the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your K-Series admin, create a conversation related to Integrations

  • Support email: [email protected]
