For Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS users

Formerly known as Vend

By integrating your loyalty program with your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) point-of-sale platform, you can capture data on customer purchases, preferences, and behavior. This enables you to foster customer relationships and pinpoint valuable opportunities for targeted marketing to grow sales.

⚠️Important: To use Marsello on Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS, you will need to authorize the connection between Marsello and Lightspeed. This can be done in a few simple steps.


How to Connect Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS

You can connect Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS to Marsello either during the sign-up process; or from the POS and eCommerce page within the Marsello admin.

During Signup process

  • On the Connect your sales platforms step, select Lightspeed Retail (X-Series, formerly Vend)

From the Marsello admin > POS & integrations page

  • Click Connect sales platform

  • Next to Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS, click Connect

3. After clicking connect from either method, you will asked to authorize the connection between Marsello and Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS. Click Authorize Application

πŸ“ Note: You will also be prompted to log in to your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS account if you are not already logged in.

4. This will form the connection between Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS and Marsello. Your orders and customers will now begin to sync through to your Marsello account πŸŽ‰

Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS will now display in your Marsello app admin under the Integrations page; including any POS and eCommerce sites listed on your Lightspeed account.

⚠️ Important: Please review your enabled Lightspeed site(s), and disable any sites or any not currently in use.
