By integrating your loyalty program with your Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series platform, you can capture data on customer purchases, preferences, and behavior. This enables you to foster customer relationships and pinpoint valuable opportunities for targeted marketing to grow sales.
Before you start
Connecting your Lightspeed eCom E-Series to Marsello depends on how you created your E-Series account:
If your E-Series account was created through your Lightspeed X-Series account, i.e. you log in to your E-Series account from your LS X-Series admin.

If your E-Series account was created via Ecwid.com, i.e. you use the separate E-Series login credentials to log in directly to your E-Series account.

How to Connect Lightspeed eComm E-Series
You will need to first connect your Lightspeed X-Series account to Marsello, then you'll be able to connect Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series via the Sales Platform screen within the Marsello admin.
Open your Marsello account on the Sales platforms page.
In a new tab, open your Lightspeed X-Series account.
In Lightspeed X-Series:
3. In the LS X-Series navigation click Online
4. Under Sell Online page, click the Go to eCom (E-Series) button
This will automatically log you in to your E-Series account.
In Lightspeed E-Series:
5. In the LS E-Series navigation click Apps
6. Under Apps Marketplace, in the search bar, search for Marsello
7. Click the Marsello tile to open the Marsello app store listing page
8. Click Install
This will automatically connect your E-Series account to your Marsello account 🎉
This will then open your Marsello account on the Sales Platform page with E-Series account connected.
How to Connect Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series (Ecwid)
You can connect Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series to Marsello during the sign-up process or from the POS & eCommerce page within the Marsello admin.
During Signup process
1. Click on ECWID by Lightspeed and click Connect
OR
From the POS & integrations page
1 Click Connect sales platform
2. Next to ECWID by Lightspeed, click Connect
3. After clicking connect from either method, you will asked to authorize the connection between Marsello and Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series. Click Authorize Application
📝 Note: You will be prompted to log in to your ECWID by Lightspeed account if you are not already logged in.
4. This will form the connection between Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series and Marsello. Your orders and customers will now begin to sync through to your Marsello account 🎉
Lightspeed eCommerce E-Series will now display in your Marsello app admin under the Integrations page.
