Use Advanced Segment Conditions for Targeted SMS Campaigns

Enhance your SMS segments by adding Advanced Segment Conditions to build highly targeted customer groups. Below are common examples, each written in a consistent style with matching descriptions:

  • Customers with a mobile number and a last purchase date before X date
Use this to target customers who haven’t purchased recently—ideal for re-engagement or win-back campaigns.

  • Customers with a mobile number who have previously purchased X product(s)
Useful for promoting related or complementary products to customers who have shown interest in specific items.

  • Customers who have purchased from store locations in X city/region
Target customers based on where they shop, helping you send store-specific or geographically relevant offers.

  • Customers who live in X city/region based on their profile data
Segment your audience by their home location to deliver localized campaigns tailored to their area.

  • Customers whose mobile country code is X (e.g., CA for Canada, NZ for New Zealand)
Identify customers from specific countries using their mobile number, allowing you to deliver country-specific messaging.

  • Customers who have purchased from X site (e.g., Queen Street Store)
Great for promotions tied to a particular store—target customers who are most likely to live nearby or visit often.
