Troubleshooting guide: Unable to create rewards in Marsello

For WooCommerce merchants

If you encounter the error message "Can't create reward for integration : (WooCommerce), you may need to update your coupon settings in WooCommerce.

An on-screen error message says a reward canā€™t be created for the WooCommerce integration and explains that coupon settings in WooCommerce may need to be updated.

Updating your coupon settings in your WooCommerce dashboard

Go to your WooCommerce dashboard and confirm the following settings are enabled:

  • Settings > General > Enable coupons

  • Ensure the option to ā€œEnable the use of coupon codesā€ is selected

A WooCommerce settings page is open. Under Settings > General, the option labeled ā€œEnable couponsā€ is turned on, with a checked box for ā€œEnable the use of coupon codes.ā€
