How do I add my digital membership card to Google Wallet?

1. Open the customer portal from your phone and sign in to your customer account. Then select the Card tab.

2. Once your digital membership code loads, select the Add to Google Wallet button.

3. Follow the prompts to finalize the addition of your digital loyalty card to your Google wallet.

4. Your digital membership card will now save to your mobile device.

How to use the digital membership card at POS

1. Add the customer's products that they want to buy to the sale.

2. Add the customer to the sale by scanning the digital bar code presented in-store. This will open the customer's loyalty account, where you can view the customer's loyalty points balance and rewards or email discounts currently available.

📝Note: It is recommended to use a 2D scanner for scanning membership cards from a mobile device. If the customer doesn't have their digital membership card saved to their mobile device, you can still search for them in the system by email address or name.

3. Complete the sale. ​When the sale is complete, the customer will automatically receive their loyalty points.
