1. Add the products the customer wants to purchase to the sale.

2. Once all items are added, add the customer to the sale by searching their name, email address, or mobile number — or by scanning their digital membership card.

3. Tap on the Share icon in the top-right corner.

4. Under the Share icon, tap Marsello for Lightspeed.

5. This will open the customer's loyalty profile, here you can view the loyalty reward(s) or email discount(s) they have available. Add the first reward to the sale.

6. In the sale's "Notes" section, delete the text, "Loyalty: [reward title] (discount code). This text is used to undo a reward redemption and blocks the discount stacking feature.

7. Once the staff note has been removed, you'll be able to add the next Marsello discount to the sale. Start by tapping on the Share icon in the top-right corner.

8. Under the Share icon, tap Marsello for Lightspeed.

9. Add the next reward to the sale by selecting Redeem

10. Remove the text "Loyalty: [reward title] (discount code) from the sale's Notes section.

11. Repeat steps 7-10 until all Marsello reward codes have been added to the sale. Once all the rewards have been added, complete the sale per normal.
