How to update your email sender name
1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Settings > Compliance > Email settings
2. Update your Sender details
3. Click Save
How to update your 'reply to' email
1. In your Marsello admin, go to Settings > Compliance > Email settings
2. Under Email Marketing settings, go to Sender & Reply to address and edit your reply to email.
| 📝 Note: Update this email to an email address that you or your staff check regularly to make sure no emails from your members are missed. |
3. Click Save. From now on, if a member replies to one of your loyalty program emails, it will now go to that email address for you to respond.
How it works - Your customers' experience
When a member receives one of your loyalty program emails, in the 'From' field they will now see your updated sender name and 'reply to' email address.
