Track the performance of your email campaigns
Get insight into the performance of your one-off email campaigns.
September 16, 2025🏷️ Email marketing campaigns are unlocked with the Marketing add-on.
How do I view my sent campaign's performance?
1. From the Marsello admin, click on Marketing > Campaigns > Email and click on the drop-down arrow next to the Actions button for the sent campaign you wish to review the performance of.
2. From the drop-down menu, choose Reporting.
3. This will open that campaign's performance statistics.
The campaign's report will allow you to see:

The number of emails that have been sent, opened, and clicked

How much revenue has been generated by the campaign
-
The open rate and click rate of the email
-
List of customers with the most opens
-
The top links clicked in the email (when more than one link is present)
How do I export performance data for all my email campaigns?
1. From the Marsello admin, click on Marketing > Campaigns > Email
2. Click Export. When the CSV file is ready, you'll get an email with a download link. Download links are available for 7 days.
Your export includes all sent campaigns and their summarized metrics. This includes delivery, opens, clicks, and revenue.
💡 Tip: Your exported data can be filtered, sorted, or grouped by scheduled date so you can see performance for a specific time period.
