⚠️ Important: RecoverMyCart will be shutdown on July 28 2026 (NZT).
After this date:
- The app will no longer be available
- All associated data will be permanently removed
- You will no longer be billed
We recommend taking action before this date to avoid any disruption to your cart recovery activity. You can continue to use the app as normal until the shutdown date.
What you need to do
Export your data (recommended, but optional)
If you’d like to keep your RecoverMyCart data, you’ll need to export it before July 28, 2026 (NZT).
⚠️ Once the app is shutdown your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To export your data:
- Log in to your RecoverMyCart account
- Click on Abandoned Cart Emails in the navigation
- Click on Export to .csv, to export all Abandoned Cart Emails data.
- Click on Exit Intent Pop-up in the navigation
- Click on Export to .csv, to export all Exit Intent Pop-up data.
- Click on Persistent Cart in the navigation
- Click on Export to .csv, to export all Persistent Cart data.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime before the July 28, 2026 (NZT) through your Shopify admin.
To cancel:
- Log in to Shopify
- Go to Settings in the admin
- Click on Apps
- Next to RecoverMyCart, click the three dots on the right-hand side
- Click Uninstall
Note: You will not be charged after uninstalling the app.
