What is return on investment (ROI)?
Marketing ROI measures the return from your marketing activity compared to the amount invested.
In Marsello, ROI helps you understand how your marketing features are contributing to revenue so you can make more informed decisions about your marketing strategy.
Why measuring ROI is important
Measuring ROI helps you understand which marketing activities are performing well and where you may want to focus more effort.
For example, if your store sees strong ROI from SMS campaigns, you may choose to include SMS more often in your marketing strategy.
The goal of ROI is to generate more revenue than you invest.
