Here are some key details to note before enabling Marsello loyalty:

• Confirm your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS is connected and enabled in Marsello

• Disabling Lightspeed Loyalty immediately stops accrual and redemption in POS.

• Existing balances are not deleted, but are no longer used at checkout.

How do I disable Lightspeed Loyalty?

1. Log in to your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) account as an Admin user, or as a user with permission to access Setup

2. Navigate to Setup > Loyalty

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Loyalty page and click the Disable loyalty link

How do I Enable Marsello Loyalty?

1. In Marsello, navigate to Settings > Loyalty > Points program

2. Toggle the on/off button next to Your loyalty program is to On

• Customers will now earn points when they purchase at any enabled POS & eCommerce site connected to Marsello.

• To ensure customers are notified of their points earned, turn on your Loyalty Notification emails: Update your loyalty program email automations
