Schedule a multi-photo post from the web
1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Marketing > Social media > Posts. Click Create post, then select the profile/s you wish to schedule your multi-photo post from.
2. Click the plus icon in the media section, then select the media items for your post
3. Add a caption to your post and adjust the scheduled date and time if needed:
Optional Edits:
Click Edit Image or Edit Video under individual media to edit it
Click Change Media to change the media order or add/remove media
For Instagram posts add a Linkin.bio link and select your publishing method
For Auto Publish Instagram posts, add a First Comment, Location, or Tag People and select your publishing method
4. Click Save
Schedule a multi-photo post from iOS
1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Marketing > Social media > Posts. From here, click the create-post button in the upper right.
💡Tip: You can also start a post by long-pressing any open time slot in the Calendar view.
2. Select the profile you want to schedule for. (When scheduling on mobile, this may only be done for one profile at a time.)
3. Tap + to open your Media Library
4. Tap Select to choose multiple items for your Multi-Photo post
📝Note: Videos will be grayed out if the social profile doesn’t support video scheduling.
5. Add your caption and hashtags. You can add a Saved Caption by clicking the Saved Captions icon
Optional edits include:
Tap a photo to crop it (not available for video)
Tap x to remove media
Tap, hold, and drag media to rearrange your post
For Auto Publish Instagram posts, add a First Comment, Location, or Tag People and select your publishing method
For Instagram posts you can add a Linkin.bio link
6. Select a date and time for publishing, or tap Publish Now to publish the post immediately
7. Tap Schedule Post
Schedule a multi-photo post from Android
1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Marketing > Social media > Posts, press and hold on the first image you want to appear in your multi-photo post.
2. Select the other images in the order you want them to appear.
3. Select Create a Post.
4. Choose the profile you want to schedule the Multi-Photo post for.
5. Write a caption and tap Next.
6. Pick a time and date for your post.
7. You’ll get a push notification when it’s time to publish your post.
📝 Note: Auto Publish for Instagram Multi-Photo (carousel) posts is not available on Android yet
How are multi-photo posts published?
Facebook posts will go live at their scheduled time.
Instagram Multi-Photo (carousel) posts must be published using Auto Publish or notification publishing. To use Auto Publish, you’ll need an Instagram business profile and be on the Marsello Pro Plan.
Track the performance of your social post
1. To gain insights on how your social posts are performing., go to Marketing > Social media > Posts
2. Click on the post you would like to view the insights for to open the preview page
3. At the top of the page, you will see the post's insights
Here you will see:
The total revenue generated by this social post (if using a discount code), and how many sales are attributed
The number of customers that have entered
The number of customers currently in the flow
The number of customers that have exited the flow
📝 Note: When a customer has viewed/or interacted with a social post from Marsello, then makes a purchase, that sale is attributed to the social post and will be represented in the posts' revenue. Marsello's sales tracking window is customizable, however, it is recommended to keep this at 24 hours.
