Videos scheduled must meet the guidelines of each social platform.

Video guidelines per social platform
Instagram
- Length: 3 to 60 seconds
- Frame Rate: 23 to 60 fps
- Aspect Ratio: 1.91:1 to 4:5
- Size: 100mb
- Formats: MP4 and MOV
- Length: 1 second to 40 minutes
- Aspect Ratio: 16:9 to 9:16
- Size: 3gb
- Formats: MP4, MOV, and AVI
TikTok
- Length: 3 to 60 seconds
- Video Resolution: 540p
- Size: 50mb
- Formats: MP4 and MOV
Schedule a video post
1. In your Marsello app admin, drag and drop your video from your social post library onto your social calendar
2. Crop and trim the video (if needed)
3. Add a caption and adjust the scheduled date and time (if needed)
📝 Note: For Instagram, you can also:
- Select Auto Publish or Notification
- Add a First Comment (Auto Publish only)
- Add a Location (Auto Publish only)
4. Click Save
Track the performance of your social post
1. To gain insights on how your social posts are performing, go to Social > Posts
2. Click on the post you would like to view the insights for to open the preview page
3. At the top of the page, you will see the post's insights
Here you will see:
- The total revenue generated by this social post (if using a discount code), and how many sales are attributed
- The number of customers that have entered
- The number of customers currently in the flow
- The number of customers that have exited the flow
📝 Note: When a customer has viewed/or interacted with a social post from Marsello, then makes a purchase, that sale is attributed to the social post and will be represented in the posts' revenue. Marsello's sales tracking window is customizable, however, it is recommended to keep this at 24 hours.
