Troubleshooting: Social posts are failing to post

If your social posts are failing to post on the spot or when scheduled, this guide will help ensure your account is connected and syncing.

Troubleshooting steps to ensure your social profile(s) is connected

1. Confirm if you do or do not meet all the following criteria:

  • have had your social account(s) connected to Marsello for more than 30 days

  • have not yet posted via Marsello

  • have not tagged a post with attribution (can be a historic post)

  • have no scheduled posts

2 If you do meet all of the above criteria, please relink your social connection via this link and follow the relevant connection steps.
3. If you do not meet all of the above criteria and are having trouble posting to social, please contact Marsello support by in-app chat or email at [email protected] with the details of what is happening and screenshots of any error message received.
4. Once you have a confirmation your account is connected, you should be able to continue posting as expected.
