1. Confirm if you do or do not meet all the following criteria:
have had your social account(s) connected to Marsello for more than 30 days
have not yet posted via Marsello
have not tagged a post with attribution (can be a historic post)
have no scheduled posts
2. If all criteria apply, relink your social account using this link and follow the relevant connection steps.
3. If any criteria don’t apply and you're still having issues, contact Marsello Support via in-app chat or email at [email protected]. Include details and screenshots of any error messages.
4. Once you have a confirmation your account is connected, you should be able to continue posting as expected.
