Troubleshooting: Social posts are failing to post
If your social posts are failing to publish through Marsello, this guide will help you verify that your social profile connection is still active and syncing correctly.
Important: Social features are now considered a legacy offering and are no longer available for new Marsello accounts. Existing accounts with social access can continue using these features as normal.
Troubleshooting social profile connection issuesFirst, confirm whether all of the following conditions apply to your account:
- Your social account has been connected to Marsello for more than 30 days
- You have not yet published a post through Marsello
- You have never tagged a post with attribution (including historical posts)
- You currently have no scheduled social posts
Your social account connection may have expired or become inactive.
To resolve this:
- Reconnect your social account using the Marsello social connection link.
- Follow the relevant account connection steps for your social platform.
After reconnecting successfully, you should be able to continue publishing posts normally.
If the issue still continuesIf any of the conditions above do not apply and your posts are still failing to publish:
- Contact Marsello Support through:
- In-app chat
- Email: support@marsello.com
- Include:
- Details about the issue
- Screenshots of any error messages
- The affected social platform
Once support confirms the account connection is healthy, your scheduled and published posts should resume working as expected.
