Q. I've accidentally selected the wrong location for Marsello. How can I change the selected site?

A. If you’ve enabled the wrong store location, you can disable it and enable the correct one. In your Marsello admin, go to Settings > Connections > Sales platforms, then toggle the switch off for the incorrect location and toggle it on for the correct one.

A. If your business uses a third party to sync your POS orders to your eCommerce integration, Marsello will not be held liable for duplicate orders as we have no control over the sync. Please ensure you thoroughly test the sync between integrations if using a third party.
