Q. Do you integrate with Odoo POS?

A. Currently we do not have an integration with Odoo POS. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please reach out to our support team and let them know of your interest.

Q. Do Quadmachine orders sync through to Marsello?

A. If the sales are created/synced in Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS, they will come through as X-Series order. Please note that they will not be identified as Quadmachine orders in Marsello.

Q. Does Marsello integrate with Stripe?

A. Currently, Marsello does not have an integration with Stripe. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please let our support team know of your interest.

Q. Can Marsello integrate with Square?

A. Currently, Marsello does not have an integration with Square. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please let our support team know of your interest.

Q. I have Lightspeed Restuarant (O-Series) POS and Shopify connected, if a new customer joins online will this push through to my POS site?

A. Yes, if a customer joins online, the customer will sync across to your POS location.

Q. I have Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) POS and Shopify connected, if a new customer joins online will this push through to my POS site?

A. Yes, if a customer joins online, the customer will sync across to your POS location.

Q. Can I use a third party to sync orders from my POS integration to my eCommerce integration?

A. If your business uses a third party to sync your POS orders to your eCommerce integration, Marsello will not be held liable for duplicate orders as we have no control over the sync. Please ensure you thoroughly test the sync between integrations if using a third party.

Q. Does Marsello integrate with Poynt POS?

A. Currently, Marsello does not have an integration with Poynt POS. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please let our support team know of your interest.

Q. Does Marsello integrate with Abacus POS?

A. Currently, Marsello does not have an integration with Abacus POS. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please let our support team know.

Q. Does Marsello integrate with Seven Rooms POS?

A. Currently Marsello does not have an integration with Seven Rooms POS. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please let our support team know.

Q. Can I create a different loyalty scheme for each of my store locations?

A. Currently, Marsello does not support different loyalty programs for each store location. All sites enabled in your Marsello dashboard would be subject to the same loyalty program enabled in your dashboard. Please let our support team know if you are interested in seeing a feature that supports different loyalty programs per store location.

Q. I've accidentally selected the wrong location for Marsello. How can I change the selected site?

A. If you have enabled the wrong store location in Marsello, you can disable the site and enable the correct one. To do this in your Marsello app admin go to Settings > Connections > Sales platforms and toggle the on/off button to the right of the incorrect location to off. Next, toggle the on/off button to the right of the correct location on.

Q. Does Marsello integrate with Clover POS?

A. Currently, Marsello does not have an integration with Clover. If this is an integration you would be interested in, please let our support team know.

Q. Is Marsello integrated with Lightspeed Retail S-Series POS?

A. Marsello is not currently integrated with Lightspeed Retail S-Series POS. If this is an integration you are interested in, please let our support team know.

Q. Does Marsello integrate with Infi Kiosk?
