1. Log in to your Marsello dashboard and navigate to Settings > Account > Billing your Account Settings page. From there, go to the "Can I Cancel Anytime" section.

2. Scroll down to the question, "Can I Cancel Anytime" and open the drop-down button.

3. A form will pop up asking if you wish to confirm your cancelation. This form will also ask you to leave feedback about your cancellation. We are dedicated to improving our product and customer service, if you could please leave an honest reason, we'd really appreciate it. Before submitting the form, make sure you have saved or exported all important business data to avoid losing access once your account is closed.

4. Once the cancellation process is complete, your billing subscription will also be canceled automatically.

Q. What happens to my data once I cancel?

A. Once cancellation is confirmed, your account is immediately closed, and access to your data is no longer available. Be sure to save any important data beforehand.

A. To reactivate a canceled account, you'll need to contact Marsello's support team. Note that reactivation may not restore all previous data, depending on the duration of account inactivity.

A. Permanent account deletion requires contacting Marsello's support team for assistance. This action is irreversible.
