Marsello’s Flow Action: Reward Loyalty Points
Action: Reward Loyalty Points — Adds loyalty points directly to a customer’s Marsello loyalty profile.
This action allows you to create custom “earn points” rules using Shopify Flow, giving Shopify Plus stores more flexibility and automation in their loyalty program.
How to Use Marsello’s Flow Action
Follow these steps to create a workflow that awards loyalty points:
1. In your Shopify Admin, open Shopify Flow.
2. Click Create workflow.
3. Select + ➡️ Add trigger, then choose the event that will start the workflow.
4. Click Add condition and select the condition that must be met before any actions can be run.
5. Click Add action
6. Select the Marsello "Add Points" action
7. Enter a Reason: Add a message for the customer to receive when they receive their points
8. Add ##{{ customer.email }} to ensure the points are added to their loyalty profile (in Marsello).
9. Enter Points to Add: Indicate how many points the customer should receive
10. Click Save and enter a title for your workflow.
11. Click Preview workflow to test how your workflow runs in your store.
12. Click Enable to turn on the workflow in your store.
