Identify the customer's unique reward discount code
1. In your Marsello Admin, go to Customers > All Customers and search for the customer by name or email address in the search box.
2. Select the customer by clicking on their Name.
3. Under the customer's profile, click Customer Actions > Spend Points.
4. The customer's claimed discount codes appear at the top of their rewards page. Click View next to the discount that you want to delete.
5. Copy the customer's unique discount code

Delete the customer's unique discount code in Marsello
There are two ways to delete the unique discount code:
Delete the customer's unique discount code through the customer's profile
Delete the customer's via the code deletion link
Delete the customer's unique discount code through the customer's profile
1. In your Marsello Admin, go to Customers > All customers and search for the customer by name or email address
2. Select the customer by clicking on their Name
3. Once you're in the customer's profile, go to the Discount tab.
4. Copy the discount code you are looking to remove.
⚠️ Important: Make sure that all the details are correct. Deleting a discount code is permanent, and cannot be undone. This will also delete the discount code from your POS and/or eCommerce platform.
5. In your Marsello admin, go to Settings > Loyalty > Points program and scroll down to Helpful Actions. Click on the link to Delete discount code. Enter the code into this form and click search.
6. This will give you the option to delete the code without returning points or to delete the code and return points.
7. Select your preferred option. A confirmation will appear once the reward code has been removed. A confirmation of the deleted reward code will also appear under the activty and discount sections of your customer's Marsello profile.
