How do I customize gender fields in the profile completion reward?
1. In your Marsello admin, under Customer experience > Online> Online portal (Legacy) click the drop-down arrow next to Customize Text/Translation and then click Go to text editor
2. Select Complete profile page from the drop-down list next to Customize text for:
3. Click in the text fields under the Genders section to edit the text displayed, then click Save and Publish.
π Note: Currently, there is a maximum of 3 gender options.
π‘Tip: Update the text in the gender collection field to reflect the customer's preferred pronouns: she/her, he/him, they/them.
What is the customer experience when completing a profile?
When entering their details in the Completing their profile earn option, your customers will have the ability to select their gender from your available options.
