How to Customize Gender Fields in the Profile Completion Reward Option
1. In your Marsello admin, under Customer experience > Online> Online portal (Legacy) click the drop-down arrow next to Customize Text/Translation and then click Go to text editor
2. Select Complete profile page from the drop-down list next to "Customize text for:"
3. Click in the text fields under the Genders section to edit the text displayed, then click Save & Publish.
📝 Note: Currently, there are a maximum amount of 3 gender options.
💡Tip: Update the text in the gender collection field to reflect the customer's preferred pronouns: she/her, he/him, they/them.
