Customers are more likely to open your emails from merchants they know. Update your details in Marsello.

How to update your email sender name

1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Settings > Marketing > Marketing settings


2. Under Email marketing settings, update your Sender details

3. Click Save


How to update your 'reply to' email

1. In your Marsello admin, go to Settings > Marketing > Marketing settings

2. Under Email Marketing & Notifications, Edit Reply to Email

πŸ“ Note: Update this email to an email address that you or your staff check regularly to make sure no emails from your members are missed.

3. Click Save. From now on, if a member replies to one of your loyalty program emails, it will now go to that email address for you to respond.

How it works - Your customers' experience

When a member receives one of your loyalty program emails, in the 'From' field they will now see your updated sender name and 'reply to' email address.
