on the Loyalty Accelerate plan.
What is the process to export a custom segment?
1. In your Marsello admin, navigate to Customers > Segments
2. Under Segments, click View Segment on the segment that you would like to export
3. Under the Custom Segment page, next to Send Campaign to Segment, click the down arrow button
4. Click Export segment
Your custom segment export will automatically start downloading as a CSV. file. It will be saved to your downloads folder on your computer.
Which fields are included when I export a custom segment?
Your customer database export contains the following information:
Field | Description |
Export ID | Unique ID for each customer. Useful for imports when an email is not available. |
First Name | The customerās first name. |
Last Name | The customerās last name. |
Email Address | The customerās email address. |
Points Balance | Current loyalty points available to the customer. |
Total Points Collected | The lifetime total of points the customer has earned. |
Gender | Gender provided by the customer (if available). |
Mobile Number | The customerās phone number. |
Birthdate | The customerās date of birth. |
Total Spent | Total amount the customer has spent at your store. |
Total Orders | Total number of orders the customer has made. |
Last Purchase Date | Date of the most recent purchase. |
Segment | The RFM segment assigned (e.g., Best, Loyal, At Risk, Cold). |
Accepts Marketing | Email marketing preference: True = accepts, False = does not accept. |
Status | Customer account status (Active or Deleted). |
