How the social posts calendar works
Overview of scheduled/published posts
To access your social posts calendar from your Marsello app admin, go to Marketing > Social media> Planner. This will open your overall social marketing calendar.
View posts by social profile
By default, the social profiles view will appear first. This gives you a full overview of upcoming posts for the month. To review upcoming posts for a specific social medial profile, please select that profile from the drop-down menu.
Weekly vs. monthly view
The social posts calendar has both a weekly or monthly view so you can further drill down into the time period you are looking to review.
Review draft posts
To review any draft posts, simply select the drafts button from the menu and this will open up a listing of all posts in progress and not scheduled or published.
Create a new post from the calendar
When reviewing the calendar, you can add a new post into the mix where you see fit but selecting the create post button. This handy guide will walk you through the requirements for social posts.
Instagram feed planner
If you have already connected your Instagram account to Marsello, you'll also be able to access your Instagram Feed Planner via the app.
1. From your Marsello app admin, go to Marketing > Social media> Planner and select the icon with four squares.
2. This will open your Instagram Feed Planner. Here you will be able to see your upcoming scheduled and drafted Instagram posts.
