By integrating your loyalty program with your WooCommerce eCommerce platform, you can capture data on customer purchases, preferences, and behavior. This enables you to foster customer relationships and pinpoint valuable opportunities for targeted marketing to grow sales.
⚠️Important: To use Marsello on WooCommerce, you will need to authorize the connection between Marsello and WooCommerce. This can be done in a few simple steps.

How to Connect WooCommerce
You can connect WooCommerce to Marsello during the sign-up process or from the POS & eCommerce page within the Marsello admin.
During Signup process
1. Click on WooCommerce and click Connect
OR From the POS & integrations page
1 Click Connect sales platform
2. Next to WooCommerce, click Connect
3. After clicking connect from either method, you will be prompted to enter your WooCommerce store domain. Once entered, click Connect.
📝 Note: You will be prompted to log in to your WooCommerce account if you are not already logged in.
4. Click ‘Approve’ to authorize the connection between WooCommerce & Marsello. This approves the API connection to create & sync Customers, Orders, Products, Collections, and Discounts.

5. WooCommerce will now show as connected in Marsello admin’s POS & eCommerce page
All customers will sync into Marsello’s Customers section
All customers & orders going forward will be synced into Marsello (if the site is enabled).
