Using Shopify POS, eCommerce and/or Plus
By integrating your loyalty program with your Shopify point-of-sale platform and/or eCommerce platform, you can capture data on customer purchases, preferences, and behavior. This enables you to foster customer relationships and pinpoint valuable opportunities for targeted marketing to grow sales.
How to Connect Shopify to Marsello
You can connect Shopify to Marsello either during the sign-up process; or from the POS and eCommerce page within the Marsello admin.
During Signup process
On the Connect your sales platforms step, select Shopify
From the Marsello admin > POS & integrations page
Click Connect sales channel
Next to Shopify click Connect
This will lead you to the Marsello App Store listing on Shopify.
2. Click Install
📝 Note: You will be prompted to log in to your Shopify account if you are not already logged in.
3. Then click Install to authorize the connection between Marsello and Shopify.
This will form the connection between Shopify and Marsello. Your orders and customers will now begin to sync through to your Marsello account 🎉
Shopify will now display in your Marsello app admin under the Integrations page; including any POS and eCommerce sites listed on your Shopify account.
⚠️ Important: Please review your enabled Shopify sites, and disable any fulfilment sites or any that are linked to a different POS provider for inventory tracking reasons.
