Easily add new customers in-store using your Cin7 Omni POS sale screen on your Desktop. This extension ensures seamless points accumulation for each purchase made by your in-store clientele, empowering your staff to efficiently redeem customers' loyalty rewards or apply email discounts during checkout.

Ensure that the following installation has been completed:

1. On your register, open Google Chrome browser

2. Go to Google Chrome web store > Marsello for Cin7

3. Click Add to Chrome to install

4. Click Add extension to confirm

The extension should now show in your Google Chrome extension bar.

1. In your Chrome browser bar, click the Marsello logo, this will open the Marsello for Cin7 Chrome extension settings.

2. In the settings, next to Find your API Username, click the word here.

This will open your Cin7 Omni admin, Under your API set-up.

3. Under Auth, copy your API Username

4. In your Marsello for Cin7 chrome extension settings, paste your Cin7 API Username

5. Click Submit
​Marsello will now be connected to your Cin7 Omni account and a new Check Rewards button will now be displayed at POS when a customer has been added to the sale.

1. Open your Cin7 Omni sales screen

2. Add the customer's products that they want to buy to the sale

3. Add your customer to the sale by searching for them by name, email address, or mobile number

4. Click the customer's name to open their profile

5. Under their customer details, click the new Check Rewards button

This will open the customer's loyalty profile. Here, you can update their marketing preferences, view their loyalty points, reward(s), or email discount(s) they have available.
