Ensure your customers aren't earning double rewards by disabling your Lightspeed Retailer (X-Series) Loyalty program, formerly Vend Loyalty.

Disable Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) Loyalty, formerly Vend Loyalty

1. Log in to your Lightspeed Retail X-Series account as an Admin user, or as a user with permissions to access Setup
2. Navigate to Setup > Loyalty
3. Un-check Enable Loyalty:

Enable Marsello Loyalty

1. In Marsello, navigate to Loyalty > Status
2. Click Activate Program

Customers will now earn points when they make a purchase at any enabled POS & eCommerce site connected to Marsello.
To ensure customers are notified of their points earned, turn on your Loyalty Notification emails:
Update your loyalty program email notifications
