How it works - Your customers' experience

On the customer’s loyalty profile, under the Earn Tab, they will see the ability to click through to earn points for following or sharing on social media

Once the customer has followed or shared your store via the widget, they’ll receive their points straight away.

⚠️ Important: As of now, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram do not permit third-party programs to gather information from their websites. This means that points can only be awarded based on the intention of the customer. Specifically, customers can earn points for liking or following a social profile, but only once. Once this action is completed, the option to earn points through liking or following will be marked as completed on their loyalty profile.

📝Note: If you have the Points Earned automation turned on, your customer will automatically be notified by email. This automation will let them know how many loyalty points they have earned, their new loyalty points balance, and how many points away they are from their next reward.
