Before you get started
Your SMS subscription and your main Marsello subscription are billed separately. Updating the payment method in the SMS portal updates SMS billing. Learn more about updating your Marsello subscription.
If you're using Lightspeed Loyalty & Marketing, your billing is included in your Lightspeed subscription. You will not see an SMS billing portal link in Marsello. For any billing inquiries, please reach out directly to the team at Lightspeed.
How do I access my SMS billing portal?
1. From your Marsello dashboard, click the drop-down menu next to your store name and select Billing.
2. On the Billing page, open the SMS add-on tab.
3. Click Update SMS billing details located just below your store name. This will open the SMS billing portal.
4. In the SMS billing portal, click Statements to view your current and past SMS billing statements.
5. To view details for a specific statement, click the arrow to expand the overview.
6. [Optional]: Click Download PDF to save a copy of your SMS statement if needed.
How do I update my SMS Billing details?
You can update the payment method used for your SMS subscription from inside the SMS billing portal. This is separate from your main Marsello subscription billing details.
1. From your Marsello dashboard, click the drop-down menu next to your store name and select Billing.
2. On the Billing page, open the SMS add-on tab.
3. Click Update SMS billing details located just below your store name. This will open the SMS billing portal.
