Why can’t I log into Marsello through my Collect account?
Migrated retailers using Collect Loyalty to log into their Marsello app-admin may experience an error, preventing them from logging in successfully. To resolve this error, retailers will need to reset their password.
📝 Note: Marsello is continuing to work in the background. Customers are still being awarded points for purchases and campaigns/automations are still going out as expected.

Resetting password for Shopify retailers
All Shopify connected retailers will need to go to remove your Collect apps from your account. To confirm you have an Collect app installed, please see the list of Collect app names below:
- Collect Offers
- Collect Loyalty
- Collect Feedback
- Collect Automation
- Collect Loyalty for Shopify
- MailSync
Once you have uninstalled your Collect app(s), you'll need to install Marsello from Shopify app-store. This will link you to your existing Marsello and will automatically log in.
Resetting password for non-Shopify retailers
All non-Shopify connected retailers will need to login via the Marsello login page using their Collect credentials. If there is any issue with login, please click on the "reset my password" link on the login page to set a new password.
Resetting the Collect sign-up and login link
Retailers using the Collect Sign-up and Login link for their online store will need to update this link to the unique Marsello loyalty program link.
