How to translate your feedback email block
1. In your app admin, go to Feedback
2. Click Edit feedback survey
3. Click on the Email block tab
4. Translate the survey question to your preferred language. Click Save
How to translate your feedback survey
1. In your app admin, go to Feedback
2. Click on the Survey tab
3. Here you will be able to customize your customer feedback survey. Start by editing the text in the headers section.
4. Continue editing survey text under the Options section and the Other section. The options section will allow you to translate the survey response options. The other section will allow you to translate the comment placeholder and the submit button text. Click Save once finished.
How to translate your thank you page
1. In your app admin, go to Feedback
2. Click on the Thank you page tab
3. Here you can translate the text of your Happy Thanks message and your Sad Thanks message. Click save
