How do I check the customer's profile status?
To understand how a customer is part of your marketing you can look at their customer states under their profile. A customer can be part of your loyalty program and/or your email marketing depending on their preferences.

How to check if the customer is part of your loyalty program
1. In your Marsello Admin, navigate to Customers > All Customers
2. Search for a customer by searching by their name or email address
3. Select the customer by clicking on their Name
4. In the customer's profile, scroll to the Loyalty section
5. In the Loyalty section you'll find Loyalty member status

There are a couple of different status types:
- Yes: The customer is a member and is able to receive loyalty email notifications
- Yes (unsubscribed): The customer is a member, but has unsubscribed from your loyalty email notifications
- Blacklisted: The customer has been removed from your loyalty program
- No: The customer has been removed from your loyalty program
How to check if the customer is part of your email marketing list
1. In your Marsello Admin, navigate to Customers > All Customers
2. Search for a customer by searching by their name or email address
3. Select the customer by clicking on their Name
4. In the customer's profile, scroll to the Customer detail section
5. In the Marketing section you'll find Email subscriber status.

There are a couple of different status types:
- Accepts marketing: Customer has opted-in and can receive your email marketing
- Doesn't accept marketing: Customer doesn't want to receive your email marketing
- Unsubscribed: The customer has opted-out of your email marketing
