The following are step-by-step instructions on how to remove a discount code from the Shopify POS; if the customer wants to change the discount that is attached to the sale or save their points for another reward.

1. Remove the discount from the sale by swiping left across the discount item.
2. Open Marsello in Google Chrome or Tap the Sell more... Marsello tile to login to Marsello.
3. Navigate to Customers > All Customers and search for the customer:
4. Click Adjust points balance and adjust by the number of points spent to redeem the reward:
💡 Quick Tip: Notify the customer that you've completed the adjustment by checking the box to Send points notification email to customer and include the order details in the message.
