Choose when customers earn loyalty points for making a purchase with Ecwid

Making a Purchase earning points setting
Every time a customer makes a purchase, their ticket is automatically synced to Marsello. If you have the Making a Purchase earn points option enabled, your customers will also earn points for their purchase.
Under the Loyalty program settings, you can see when loyalty points are earned. By default, your customers will earn loyalty points for their purchase if their ticket's payment status is: Paid.
Choosing your Ecwid order rewarding settings
1. In your Marsello admin, under Loyalty > Settings > Order Rewarding
2. Under Reward points when payment status is one of: click the text box to open the drop-down options
3. From the drop-down, click your preferred Payment Status options
4. Click Save at the bottom of the page
How it works - Your customers' experience
When a customer has completed a purchase, they will automatically be rewarded their loyalty points based on your settings.
If you have Collected Points Email Notifications turned on, they will automatically receive your email, notifying them of their updated points balance and how far away they are from their next reward.
