Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series): POS prompt - available rewards
Remind staff quickly and easily to ask customers if they'd like to use their available rewards on the current transaction at checkout.

How to enable the available rewards POS prompt
1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Settings & More > Settings
2. Scroll down and select POS Prompts
3. Optional: Click Edit next to the available rewards prompt to update the title and prompt text.
4. Toggle the on/off button to ON next to the prompt.
Enabled prompts will display across all registers at all enabled sites.
What the prompt looks like when a customer has rewards available for use on their account
1. Should a customer have available rewards on their loyalty account, the POS prompt will notify staff at checkout when they click pay to ask customers if they'd like to redeem a reward on this particular sale.
📝Note: the trigger will only appear when the customer has been added to the sale and has rewards available for use.
