Why aren't customers earning points or able to redeem rewards?

Often times when customers are not able to earn points or redeemed reward, the eCommerce or POS is not enabled. Only enabled sites will sync order information across to Marsello and allow customers to redeem rewards. This help center guide will walk you through enabling your store sites.

1. In your Marsello admin, go to Settings & More > Integration > POS & eCommerce sites.  This will open up your integrations page.

2. Select the sites that you want to use Marsello on by clicking the OFF toggle to turn a site ON.
When a site is enabled, you will then be able to add customers to your loyalty program, automatically reward points for purchases and redeem loyalty and promotional discount codes from that site. 
📝 Note: Marsello will only sync data across for those sites that are enabled. If a customer purchases from a disabled site, they will not earn points on that order.
