Troubleshooting: Why can't I link my Instagram to Marsello?

If you are finding that your Instagram account isn't linking with Marsello, please be sure that your account is a business account. Business accounts will give you access to insights to help understand who is engaging with your business on Instagram. Business accounts also gain access to a Professional Dashboard, where you can track your performance, access and discover professional tools, and explore educational information curated by Instagram.

How to setup a business account on Instagram

1. From your Instagram admin on mobile, go to your personal profile and tap the three lines () in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Select select for settings.

📝Note: Some accounts may see the option to switch to a professional account directly under the settings button.

3. Select account > switch to professional account > continue
4. Choose the category that best represents your business and select done.
5. Tap on OK to confirm
6. Tap on Business > Next

📝Note: Here you will be able to add your contact details. If you do not wish to do this you may select "don't use my contact info" to skip this step.

💡Tip: Once your Instagram business account is created, you can elect to follow the prompts to connect your business account to the Facebook page associated with your business. Only one Facebook Page can be connected to your business account.
