Troubleshooting: Can my Lightspeed O-Series customers save their loyalty bar code to their iPhone?

Currently, Marsello is not integrated with Apple Wallet. However, customers of Lightspeed O-Series merchants can save their loyalty barcodes to their iPhone as an app.

How to save your loyalty bar code as an app on iPhone

1. Scan the QR code in-store or at checkout.
2. This will open up the merchant's login page where you can Sign in with Apple.

3. Once you are signed in, your loyalty account will appear, select Show my card.

4. This will open up your loyalty code which can be scanned at checkout. Select Save to phone home screen to save your card to your phone.

5. Follow the prompts and select the Share button. Then select Add to home screen. Rename the app if needed and then select add.

6. Your loyalty card will appear on your home screen as an app. Open the app to access your loyalty bar code.
