Updating your Facebook Permissions

To use Marsello's Social feature with Facebook & Instagram, all permissions need to be enabled within Facebook.

How to edit permissions

1. Head to your Facebook home page, click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner to view the menu bar, then click into Settings & privacy

2. Scroll down the menu on the left and click Business integrations. Look for Ayrshare amongst the list and click View and edit. Ayrshare is an API tool that allows Marsello merchants to easily and seamlessly connect social media platforms to Marsello.

3. Once the pop up opens, ensure all permissions are enabled, then click Save.

Your permissions will now be updated and you can continue using Social in Marsello.
