To ensure customer information is correctly represented in your database, make sure all fields are filled correctly in your spreadsheet. The import system is very sensitive to errors in your .CSV spreadsheet and they will result in customers failing to import.

Email is the only information that is required for an import, If the email field is missing for a customer, they will fail to import.

Only fill in Points if you are wanting to adjust that customer's point total.
Loyalty points are only recognized as whole numbers, so values with decimal points (e.g. 2.5) will cause the import to fail.

💡 Pro Tip: We suggest filling each field to give the best experience to your loyalty members.

📝 Note: A failed customer does not mean that the entire import has failed. Be careful when making adjustments that you don't change those customers who have successfully imported.
