🔓 Order rewarding settings are unlocked on the Marsello Pro Plan.

As a default, your guest customers do earn loyalty points when they make a purchase in your store. You may choose to only reward loyalty points to customers who have created a store account.

How to exclude guests from your loyalty program

1. In your Marsello app admin, go to Loyalty > Settings

2. Under Order Rewarding, click the box to check Exclude guests from loyalty program

3. Click Save 

Now customers will not earn loyalty points unless they are checking out with a store account.
